How do I pay for my order with Gemosi?
All our payments are currently managed by paypal, one of the worlds most secure payment providers. You can use your paypal account or pay by Visa, Mastercard, Laser, American Express and almost all other popular cards. Your card details are secure throughout the whole transaction.
Pricing & Descriptions
There is currently no VAT applied to Gemosi products.
If you have ordered a product that is erroneously described or priced, we will contact you prior to delivery to advise you of the correct details. You may choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy receiving the product with the correct description and price.
If for any reason a product sale has gone through the site at an incorrect price we will contact you to explain and, where required, offer you a full refund to the card used for payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However we will never charge you anything more than you process on the website without contacting you in the first place. As it happens we never even get sight of your card details as they are securely handled by Paypal!
So what’s Gemosi’s returns policy?
As each Gemosi bracelet is custom made for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the product is made from your horse’s own hair. We operate a strict quality control procedure, with each item checked by our jewellery makers before shipping to you. However, in the unlikely event that a design fault be found with any product, we will repair this fault for you.
All pieces of Gemosi horse hair jewellery are extremely well made by our expert jewellery designers and are finished with fine quality sterling silver findings. However, horse hair is a delicate thing and must be cared for properly to ensure your horse hair bracelet lasts for many years to come. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred as a result of user wear or incorrect care.
